Hearing to inform of the Transitional Youth Task Force recommendations from related report--Disconnected Youth in San Francisco: A Roadmap to Improve the Life Chances of San Francisco's Most Vulnerable Young Adults. The Task Force was formed in 2006 with over 70 agencies, community members and young people focused on key recommendations for San Francisco to improve outcomes for the city's most vulnerable young people.
