Ordinance amending Section 184.69 – 184.72 and 184.74 of the Public Works Code to require publishers of unsolicited print publications to provide a toll-free number or an e-mail address for residents who do not want to receive such print publications; to prohibit the distribution of such print publications to residents who request not to receive such print publications; and to assess penalties.
