Resolution approving the amendment of the MHSA Agreement to include the MHSA Housing budget of $9,877,600 comprised of the MHSA Housing allocation of $7,714,400 and One-Time Augmentation to the MHSA Community Services and Supports of $2,163,200 and the assignment of these funds to CalHFA for investing in appropriate investment vehicles, underwriting of capital loans, determination of operating subsidies, disbursement of funds to approved housing developments, and continued monitoring of the project development.
