Resolution extending by an additional 365 days (one year) the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may render its decision on a proposed Ordinance that would add Planning Code Sections 320, 320.1, 320.2 and 320.3 establishing a process to permit the adoption or expenditure of neighborhood impact fees as defined in the ordinance only after the Planning Department has conducted or caused to be conducted an impact study supporting the imposition of such a fee and making environmental findings and findings of consistence with the General Plan and priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
