Title: Resolution authorizing designated City and County officials to execute and file on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any actions necessary for the purpose of obtaining federal financial assistance provided by the federal Department of Homeland Security and sub-granted through the State of California under the FY 08 Homeland Security Grant Program (which includes the FY 08 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) grant, the FY 08 Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS) grant, the FY 08 Citizen Corps Program (CCP) grant, and the FY 08 State Homeland Security Grant Program), the FY 07 and FY 08 Buffer Zone Protection Program (BZPP) grant, the FY 08 Hazard Mitigation Grant, the FY 08 Pre-Disaster Mitigation Grant, the FY 08 Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG), the FY 07 and FY 08 Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP), or any other federally funded grant program and Public Law 110-161.
