Resolution extending by 70 days the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may render its decision on a proposed Ordinance that would amend Zoning Map ZN of the Zoning Map of the City and County of San Francisco to change the use classification of Block 6969, Lot 11, located on the southwest corner of Mission and Seneca Streets, from RH-1 (Residential, One-Family) District to NC-3 (Moderate-Scale, Neighborhood Commercial) District; adopting findings, including environmental findings and findings of consistence with the General Plan and priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
