Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the Planning Commission's August 7, 2008, certification of a Final Environmental Impact Report identified as Planning No. 2004.0160E, through its Motion No. 17659, for a proposed Eastern Neighborhoods Rezoning and Area Plans project, amendments to the San Francisco Planning Code and Zoning Maps, amendments to the San Francisco General Plan, and adoption of interim historic preservation procedures. The Plan Area generally includes the eastern portion of the South of Market Area ("East SOMA"), The Mission, Showplace Square/Potrero Hill, and the Central Waterfront Neighborhoods of San Francisco and making other related findings.
