Ordinance amending the Planning Code by amending Section 803.6 to prohibit formula retail uses in the Chinatown Visitor Retail District, and to create a conditional use requirement for formula retail uses in the Chinatown Community Business District and the Chinatown Residential Neighborhood Commercial District; amending Section 803.2 to refer to this prohibition and conditional use requirement, and adopting findings, including environmental findings and findings of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1 and the General Plan.
