Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated September 16, 2008, that a project at 2655 Scott Street (Building Permit Application No. 2007.04.18.9061, Case No. 2008.0492D) is exempt from environmental review under Categorical Exemption [State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class One - Minor Alteration of Existing Facility)]. The proposal would add a vertical addition (partial 4th floor) and fire escapes to a single-family residence in an RH-1 (Residential, House, One-Family) District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District (Assessor's Block 0960, Lot 0010).
