Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated April 8, 2008, Case No. 2007.0591E, exempting from environmental review under Categorical Exemption, Class 1 (State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301). The proposal would construct a three-story rear yard addition to an existing three-story over basement three-unit residential structure and install a garage in the existing basement, which would require raising the building by 20 inches at property (Assessor's Block 0543, Lot 015) located in a RH-3 (Residential House District, Three-Family) and a 40-X Height and Bulk District.
