Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to proposed Resolution of Formation: Establishing a business-based business improvement district to be known as the “Tourism Improvement District,” ordering the levy and collection of assessments against defined hotel businesses located in that district for fifteen (15) years commencing January 1, 2009, subject to conditions as specified, and making environmental findings.
