Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department's determination dated August 26, 2008, that a project at 2626 Filbert Street (Case No. 2007.1478E), is exempt from environmental review under Categorical Exemption, Classes 1 and 3 [State CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301(1)(1) and 15303(a)]. The proposal would demolish an existing building and construct a new three-story-over-basement single-family residence with two off-street parking spaces located at the ground floor in an RH-1 (Residential House, One-Family) District, and a 40-X Height and Bulk District (Assessor's Block 0943, Lot 003B).
