Resolution extending by 30 days the prescribed time within which the Planning Commission may render its decision on an Ordinance amending the Planning Code Section 315.6 of the Residential Inclusionary Affordable Housing Program to provide that ten percent (10%) of in lieu fees paid under Section 315.6, not to exceed a maximum of $15 million at any one time, be designated exclusively for the acquisition and/or rehabilitation of affordable housing sites consisting of less than 25 units.
