Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Commission on November 6, 2008, approving a Mitigated Negative Declaration (Case No. 2006.1294E) for the proposed development at 110 The Embarcadero (Assessor's Block 3715, Lot 002). The project as proposed would demolish an existing two-story office building and construct a new 123-foot tall, 10-story over basement building containing approximately 52,890 square feet of office use; 2,490 square feet of ground floor retail space, 2,670 square feet of rooftop open space, and no parking spaces located within the C-3-O Zoning District and the 84-X Height and Bulk District.
