Hearing on the rebuild of St. Luke's Hospital and evaluation of temporary hospital structure. The hearing will explore the feasibility of a temporary hospital structure during the rebuild of St. Luke's Hospital. The hearing will call upon the California Pacific Medical Center to present its findings on the cost effectiveness of building a temporary hospital while keeping in mind the three core values adopted by the Blue Ribbon Panel to (1) maintain continuity of service; (2) to ensure low impact on the residents of the neighborhood and (3) to consider the "life cycle planning cost" which considers construction time, new care models, technology and flexibility.
