Ordinance adopting and implementing the Amendment #2 to the 2006-2010 Memorandum of Understanding between the City and County of San Francisco and the International Federation of Professional and Technical Employees, AFL-CIO, Local 21, by extending the term of the parties’ Agreement through June 30, 2011, and by implementing specified terms and conditions of employment for fiscal years 2008-2009, 2009-2010 and 2010-2011.
