Resolution authorizing the Director of the Office of Contract Administration (Purchaser) to enter into fuel-related cooperative purchasing agreements with other public entities and non-profits made up of public entities to maximize efficient buying and take advantage of bulk purchases and providing for an administrative fee to be charged to other public entities to cover the costs of the City program.
