Hearing on the Presidio Boulevard temporary road closure and traffic calming study and the Presidio Trust has recently undertaken a month-long traffic management study (from September 29, 2009, to October 27, 2009) to examine how various traffic calming measures, including some short-term road closures, will affect traffic conditions on the major streets and gateways in the park and in surrounding City neighborhoods and to (1) examine the impacts of the Presidio Boulevard closure on the Presidio and City streets, (2) what the Presidio Trust and the Department of Parking and Traffic learned from the study, and (3) the Presidio Trust's future plans for Presidio Boulevard.
