Ordinance amending Planning Code Section 728.40 to prohibit retail coffee stores and accessory take-out food service use associated with these stores or specialty groceries in the 24th Street-Noe Valley Neighborhood Commercial District; amending Section 728 by adding a new table to describe this prohibition; amending Section 703.2 to cross-reference the prohibition on accessory take-out food service use; and adopting findings pursuant to City Planning Code Section 101.1.
