Resolution finding and declaring a public emergency exists at Clayton Street; authorizing the Director of Public Works to take necessary measures in the most expeditious manner to protect the public safety, health, welfare, and property of the Citizens of San Francisco from the dangerous condition created by failure of the retaining wall at Clayton Street; and, because of this emergency, authorizing the Director to enter into agreements of indemnity - $347,500.
