Draft ordinance amending Administrative Code (Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Ordinance) Sections 37.2(g) and 37.9(A)(2) to include the right to have a specific number of occupants in the definition of housing services and to provide that a landlord may not unreasonably withhold the right to sublet or assign a housing unit as long as an originally contracting tenant continues to reside in the premises.
