Resolution authorizing the Mayor's Criminal Justice Council to retroactively apply, accept and expend funds in the amount of $534,337 from the U.S. Department of Justice Programs (OJP), under the Violence Against Women Act Program, to (1)support services to young women offenders, who have been victims of sexual and domestic abuse, through the Life Learning Residential Center for Girls, a component of the Mayor's Local Action Plan for juvenile justice reform and (2) providing effective batterer's intervention services to young men by providing resources to the Juvenile Probation Department and an anti-violence community based organization, Men Overcoming Violence.
