Resolution amending Resolution No. 359-98, creating an Advisory Dogs Off-Leash Task Force to consider and recommend an effective off-leash policy, to consider alternative ways to creatively finance the costs associated with increasing the number of dog off-leash areas in neighborhood parks and to consider and recommend how the city can effectively and fairly enforce its laws and regulations pertaining to dogs by extending the sunset date of the Advisory Dogs Off-Leash Task Force to March 4, 1999.
