Resolution approving an agreement between the City and Transit Display Incorporated for the right to sell advertising space and time on the Public Transportation Department's revenue vehicles and metro platform display signs in exchange for the greater of minimum payments or 65 percent of revenue, which agreement shall commence upon the later of January 2, 1999 or approval and execution and expire on June 30, 2004, and authorizing the General Manager of the Public Transportation Department to execute such agreement.
