Resolution authorizing the Executive Director of the Port of San Francisco to accept and expend $600,000 in State funds from the California Department of Transportation and $50,000 from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission to support the Water Transit Blue Ribbon Advisory Task Force and foregoing reimbursement of indirect costs; and authorizing the Port of San Francisco to hold the State of California harmless as required in the Fund Transfer Agreement.
