Ordinance amending Police Code by adding Section 1125.1 to require all taxicab color schemes with 50 or more vehicles to operate at least two percent of those vehicles as ultra-low-emission vehicles as of January 1, 2001 and to operate at least five percent of these vehicles as super ultra-low-emission vehicles as of January 1, 2004.
