Resolution determining that the issuance of a Type 9 beer and wine importer, Type 17 beer and wine wholesaler, and Type 20 off-sale beer and wine alcoholic beverage control license to Troy D. Smith for Ammirato Smith Importers at the Foreign Trade Zone, located at Pier 23, Port of San Francisco, will serve the convenience of the people of the City and County of San Francisco in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code.
