Resolution urging the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board to design any improvements or alterations to the Caltrain right-of-way so as to retain the ability to add or maintain express tracks necessary to provide flexible, frequent and reliable service of local, express, intercity and high speed trains and to allow for the most economical adoption of extra tracks in the future.
