Resolution urging the appropriate departments of the City and County of San Francisco to better coordinate efforts to assist displaced victims of fire and to prioritize effective strategies to deal with the ensuing housing emergency within their departments and to urge the District Attorney investigate abuses of single room occupancy (SRO) hotels which deny permanent residency to displace victims of fire and further to urge the Code Enforcement Task Force enforce basic Health, Housing and Fire Codes within SRO hotels.
