Motion directing the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to negotiate with Walt Disney Pictures for the terms of access and use of the Board of Supervisors Chambers for filming, film preparation and clean-up activity ("filming activity"), directing the Clerk of the Board to consult with the Acting Director of the Film Commission in ensuring that the terms of the use agreement between the City and Walt Disney Pictures are consistent with the City's general practices with respect to filming on City property and that such use agreement includes any additional provisions necessary to ensure proper treatment and protection of the Board of Supervisors Chambers, establishing a fee of no less than $10,000 for the first day of Walt Disney Pictures' filming activity in the Board of Supervisors Chamber and a fee of no less than $20,000 for each additional day of such filming activity in the Board of Supervisors Chamber, establishing that such filming activity by Walt Disney Pictures shall not interfere with the business of the Board of Supervisors, and mandating that Walt Disney Pictures' filming activity shall be subject to the special guidelines for use of the Board of Supervisors Chambers developed by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, in consultation with the City Architect, the Acting Director of the Film Commission and the City Attorney.
