Resolution urging and supporting the Judges of the San Francisco Superior Court to in adopting the "One Day or One Trial" jury selection system as quickly as possible; the Judicial Council to adopt a rule of court to implement State legislation requiring "One Day or One Trial" with all due haste and to consider developing pre-hardship provisions for jurors; the San Francisco Superior court to place on the internet information necessary for persons called for jury duty; and the State Legislature to budget as needed to facilitate setting up this system.
