Ordinance amending Planning Code Section 781.8(a) to clarify the purpose of the section, to define new establishment, to define ceases to operate, to prohibit the transfer of establishments outside the district to a location within the district, to establishing good neighbor policies for all establishments selling alcoholic beverages in the Mission Alcoholic Beverage Special Use Subdistrict, and making a determination of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
