Resolution determining that the issuance of a Type 2-Wine Grower alcoholic beverage control license to Emmanuel Kemiji for Miura Vineyards, LLC, located at 105-A Fillmore Street, will serve the convenience of the people of the City and County of San Francisco in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code, and rescinding Resolution 833-98 which granted Mr. Kemiji Types 9, 17 and 20 licenses.
