Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Public Library to accept and expend $77,000 to be awarded by the California State Library, Statewide Access News Program as part of the Federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). Funds will be used to provide access to daily newspapers for sight-impaired and print-impaired people through a high quality voice synthesis system.
