Resolution retroactively authorizing the Recreation and Park Department to accept and expend grant funding in the amount of $1,622,072 from the California Department of Parks and Recreation for the Rossi Pool Renovation Project for the project performance period of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2024; and approving the grant contract which requires the Recreation and Park Department to maintain the project for the duration of the contract performance period from July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2048, pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118(a).
