Ordinance amending Planning Code by adding Section 245.1 to create the Haight Street Alcohol Special Use District, coterminous with the Haight Street Neighborhood Commercial District, to prohibit new establishments selling alcoholic beverages in the area; and by amending Sections 719.40, 719.41, 719.42, 719.43 and 719.44 to reflect the change in use classification in the Haight Street Neighborhood Commercial District Use Chart; and making a determination of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
