Resolution amending Resolution No. 846-98, to extend the sunset date of the Advisory Dogs Off-leash Task Force from March 24, 1999 to May 27, 1999 so that such task force can consider and recommend an effective off-leash policy, consider alternative ways to creatively finance the costs associated with increasing the number of dog off-leash areas in neighborhood parks, and consider and recommend how the City can effectively and fairly enforce its laws and regulations pertaining to dogs.
