Resolution urging the Public Utilities Commission to raise the water level of Lake Merced by immediately seeking the necessary concurrence from the Department of Fish and Game and the Golden Gate Audubon Society to discharge excess imported surface water into Lake Merced, urging the Department of Fish and Game and the Golden Gate Audubon Society to provide their concurrence and to do so as expeditiously as possible, and instructing the Public Utilities Commission to report to the Board of Supervisors no later than one month from the passage of this resolution as to what progress has been made to complete this request.
