Resolution concurring with and supporting the Director of the Department of Public Works' finding and declaration of public emergency; urging said Director to take necessary measures in the most expeditious manner to protect the public safety, health, welfare, and property of the citizens of San Francisco with regard to the dangerous condition created by the erosion of protective sand dunes at Ocean Beach along the Great Highway.
