Resolution endorsing the creation of the Bay Trail, a 400 mile biking and hiking route that would circle San Francisco and San Pablo Bays by connecting 47 cities and all nine bay area counties through existing parks, open spaces and other recreational facilities and creating links to existing and proposed transportation facilities while avoiding adverse effects on the environment of the bays.
