Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Public Library to accept and expend $500,000 to be awarded by the Carnegie Corporation of New York. Funds will be used to create the "High School and Beyond" program for teens by providing specialized books, materials, workshops and programming designed to help youths make choices and prepare for high school, college and other vocational opportunities.
