Motion directing the Board of Supervisors Legislative Analyst to review and compare the proposed ordinance amending Administrative Code by adding Chapter 12.P, Sections 12.P.1 through 12.P.11, inclusive, concerning preferences in the award of city contracts for contractors that provide certain benefits or certain monetary supplements to employees and to employees' spouses and domestic partners, to Chapter 12D, Minority/Women/Local Business Utilization Ordinance, III to ensure that the preferences created by the former do not undermine the goals of the latter.
