Resolution opposing the closure of Mount Zion Hospital and any reduction in services and staff and further pledging appropriate and necessary resources to expedite the continued existence and operation of Mount Zion Hospital and further encouraging the Executive Board of UCSF-Stanford and the University of California Regents to keep Mount Zion open and accessible to residents of the Western Addition and Richmond neighborhoods and further encouraging the efforts of the Executive Board of UCSF-Stanford and the UC Regents to reassess fiscal structure of the merger consider the return of formerly public assets back to the people of San Francisco.
