Resolution authorizing retroactively the District Attorney of the City and County of San Francisco to apply for, accept, and expend funds in the amount of $130,054 made available through the Office of Criminal Justice Planning for a project entitled "San Francisco District Attorney's Office Major Narcotic Vendors Prosecution Program", for the twelve month period July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000, and waiving indirect costs due to funding constraints.
