Resolution urging the National Minority Supplier Development Council to delay changing their definition of minority-owned firm until they do a study of the potential adverse impact of their proposal on small minority owned businesses and, if they do dilute their definition of minority-owned firm, urging City of San Francisco departments, agencies and commissions to avoid contracting with corporations that support the National Minority Supplier Development Council definition.
