Ordinance amending Administrative Code Section 86.1 to establish a Children and Families First Department and require the Children and Families First Commission and Department of Children, Youth and Their Families (DCYF) to enter into a memorandum of understanding setting forth the administrative services DCYF will provide for the Commission and Department; by amending Section 86.2 to authorize the Commission to hire an executive director and additional staff if permitted by the budget; and by amending Section 86.3 to correct drafting errors.
