Closed Session for the Board of Supervisors to convene on June 8, 2021, pursuant to California Government Code, Section 54956.9(a), and San Francisco Administrative Code, Section 67.10(d)(1), for the purpose of conferring with, or receiving advice from, the City Attorney regarding the Resolution urging the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to pause its litigation against the California State Water Resources Control Board and instead heed the beneficial input of a diverse and inclusive group of stakeholders, including subject matter experts in environmental protection, habitat restoration, and the diversification of water supplies based on credible science.
