Resolution retroactively approving the first amendment and second amendment for Contract No. 1000014468 for the Instituto Familiar de la Raza, Inc.- Roadmap to Peace Program between the Instituto Familiar de la Raza, Inc. and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Department of Children, Youth and Their Families; retroactively approving the first amendment to extend the term by three years for a term of July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2023, and increasing the amount by $8,568,215 for a not to exceed amount of $10,725,980; and approving the second amendment to extend the term by one year for a total term of July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2024, and increasing the amount by $874,070 for a total not to exceed amount of $11,600,000.
