Ordinance authorizing the Department of Emergency Management, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, serving as the primary grantee for the Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program ("RCPGP") Bay Area Site and as fiscal agent for the UASI Approval Authority, to retroactively accept and expend a RCPGP grant in the amount of $4,822,667 from the United States Department of Homeland Security, through the California Emergency Management Agency, and to provide $167,188 in matching funds; amending Ordinance No. 183-09 (Annual Salary Ordinance, FY 2009-2010) to reflect the addition of two (2) grant-funded positions (.50 FTE total) in Class 5291 Planner III in the Department of Emergency Management.
