Resolution approving Amendment No. 3 to the agreement between the Homeless Children’s Network and the Department of Public Health, to provide behavioral health services for Black/African American individuals, children and families, to increase the agreement by $10,340,308 for an amount not to exceed $19,976,478; to extend the term by two years and six months from June 30, 2022, for a total agreement term of January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2024; and to authorize the Department of Public Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the contract prior to its final execution by all parties that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the contract.
